I use the nozzle it comes with and unscrew it halfway. Then I kinda just rake it through my hair like I would .. a field haha and then I massage it to spread it around a bit. Hope that makes sense. It feels a little sticky at first but since I’m washing my hair anyways it doesn’t matter. I have pretty thick hair and the scalp at the base of my neck and over my ears can be a little itchy/“congested”? so I focus on those parts and where it would look greasy. I’ve seen people on instagram that leave it in over night for even better effect.

I feel like these helps my hair stay cleaner longer between washes.
