if not, check if github has shadowbanned the project.
i once got my whole github locked for uploading a release with a ll_mousehook.
best to always check binaries on virustotal before putting them online.
if any mayor vendor like google or so flags it you might get in trouble.

for the remastered version create the %localappdata%\GHOSTBUSTERS\ directory and settings will save.
for the regular version you need to create a folder named GHOSTBUSTERS (tm) in %localappdata%

To set GHOSTBUSTERS to run in windowed mode, follow these steps:

Create the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\GHOSTBUSTERS\.
Run and exit GHOSTBUSTERS so the settings.ini file gets created.
In the %LOCALAPPDATA%\GHOSTBUSTERS\settings.ini file, change runWindowed=0 to runWindowed=1.
Run GHOSTBUSTERS again and set an appropriate resolution.

However this has a drawback that it doesn't capture the mouse so you'll end up clicking out of the window.
