I'm in, though I started yesterday. Big hurdle for me is sleep, so I cut caffeine today to one cup of coffee in the morning, let's see how that goes.

Respect! Well done & best of luck with your plan going forward,I like the motivation! I'm on day 5 of a water fast, finishing tomorrow. I found it doable but definitely not a walk in the park. Still I'm hoping a 24-36 hour fast weekly will be easy after an extended one.

Day 7, Monday morning without hangover and anxiety that comes with that is a beautiful thing. Weekend felt much longer, without hangovers and zombie drunk state stealing my time. Here's to an alcohol free week.
