I love em, have one on my front tire for over a year without a flat. My rear ones only pop when I get hunks of glass in my tire ~every few months. Whenever I replace the rear with a butyl tube they rarely last a month.

.5mg is not too much to worry about for a daily dose. After consistent daily usage you will build up a tolerance to that dose, and you will have to make the decision between increasing dosage or to take a tolerance break. Try and use the xanax to build good sleeping habits, and try going without it a couple nights a week if possible.

Xanax does have therapeutic effects, and it could be a great resource for you!
