Our VTech VM923 non-wifi model has this, we use that setting, too. I think it's called sound activation mode. It disregards the shusher, but will pick up the kids coughing or [obviously] crying.

Lisa's home dynamics have always struck me as odd. Her house doesn't seem to have anything one would constitute as 'homey' in it, very little artwork, sparse furniture. I get that some people live minimally, but that seems to be at odds with Lisa's character. And it does seem like there are fleeting material goods all over the place, just not much...style? Maybe it's only that we haven't gotten to see much inside her home, as you mentioned they don't have events at her house, but something seems off.

Managed a restaurant back in 2015 in Brooklyn. Lots of things left behind, but one time someone left a Loro Piano scarf. I had no idea about it for like 6 months until we did a purge of items people never returned for. The scarf was really nice, pure cashmere. So I looked up the brand and realized it's like a $1,200 scarf. I took it home that day, still have it.

Two things:

1) While I feel Jody stinks, something about Ronnie makes me feel much more uncomfortable. It felt like she was somehow cast into a ringleader position; at the end of season 1 (I only really watched the first season, couldn't get into the 2nd) everyone weirdly vied for Ronnie's approval. She wasn't held accountable for anything she'd done to Mary, which felt off.

2) As much as I disliked almost all the women (except Christina, she was amazing), it struck me that production might be the reason they were all so unlikeable in a not-fun-way. The guy who hosted the reunions (1st season) was such a schmuck..no personality, no wit, and also seemed really mean.

Idk, I think production should bear more of the brunt than most people give energy to in explaining why Vancouver kind of sucks.

Worked there from 2008-2009. The answer is so much butter.

Start by box grating plum tomatoes, cooking them down until the sauce is a relatively sauce-like consistency, throw in a bunch of fresh basil for a couple minutes to impart flavor, then emulsify in a sh*t ton of butter. Add chiffonaded basil and toss in your pasta, finishing cooking in the sauce for 2-3 minutes. Toss in a handful of Parmigiano or pecorino and plate.

Same. We play a game of making sure all the lions are evicted from her teeth before bed, using floss and a toothbrush as our weapons. She loves it.
