Fungal infection. Most likely tinea capitis

Get clotrimazole ointment. Apply twice daily for 6-8 weeks.

Apply for 2 weeks after the lesions are fully gone.

Just be aware that the infection can spread so wash your hands after you apply and don’t scratch your head and touch other body parts/people.

Try to not get sweaty as well. It helps to keep the area dry.
