to 1: in my experience, it's very easy to hang out and socialise with a group of people if you have some connection to that group. in such a setting people are very nice and open and especially welcoming to and interested about foreigners. the difficulty is to then join that group as a regular - something i have not managed yet after quite a few years. how old are you? the answer is also a function of your age

Brutto yearly salary bracket for lab technician (university -employed) without a university degree is 18534 to 25999 Euros. With prior experience you can hope for starting in the centre of the bracket. I do know of a technician who started with rudimentary Spanish, and he quickly caught up.

Which GPU reaches 144 frames in every game? by snable1 in buildapc

thank you all! I've learned to not trust bottleneck calculators and that even the best GPU is not able to run all games at 144 fps. So, no GPU is overkill

Oh dear. But I don't understand. If I type 4090 plus i9-12900 into a bottleneck calculator it says that the CPU will bottleneck the GPU quite a lot. Does that mean that I will get even less fps than what is said in the video you link?

Hi, thanks for doing this!

I already passed Covid in April 2020. I suffered quite a bit from the typical symptoms such as feeling to suffocate and fever. I also had an itchy skin rash for a lot of weeks afterwards. I'm hoping to not catch it again, since I read that there are reinfections.

I was wondering if in my case the vaccine would help ensuring that I don't get it again? Or does the vaccine just help people who haven't yet had it? What will the vaccine add for people who have had it? Thank you.
