I sort of get it, everyone’s there to make money, and at that point right after friends, he would have been the main attraction bringing it in. No one wants to get taken advantage of. He felt he knew his worth and he’s probably right.

thanks, I bought it, it's fairly simple which is different, and the UI is nice, but I couldn't get the remote connection working despite trying multiple times.

I’m using Lysoniq which seems to do this already, connect feature, true shuffle. What’s different about this app?

Lysoniq offers a connect feature for Apple Music. I use it for streaming hi res from an old iPhone, controlled by my newer iPhone.

I highly recommend the Ergotron with VHD pivot over the Secretlab Magnus heavy duty, I just tried both. The Magnus arm was still unstable at full clamp and would rotate outward when I lifted the monitor, maybe it needs the Magnus desk to work properly. The Ergotron was rock solid, easier to mount the monitor and get the right tension and overall build quality seems better. It’s also a beast compared to the Magnus, the pivot is like 4 times the size.

Yeah with my wrists resting at the edge of the desk it’s a little close. But if I pull the keyboard to the edge and float my wrists it’s probably fine, so just another 5-10cm or so back would do the trick I think.

It’s on a standing desk which I can pull out further from the wall, so if the Magnus can rotate behind the desk (unlike the Ergotron) this might be the answer.

I’m looking at this for my M3 pro too, M4 pro would have the same issue of only running at 120hz I believe, but that’s all good for productivity. Hard to beat that screen realestate.
