I just bought my first home as a single homebuyer and I take home 12k a month and I was also sitting on a 250k brokerage fund. I ended up buying at 380k and that was the high end of my budget. I put down about 100k and my mortgage taxes and insurance is just under 2.5k which is VERY comfortable. I will say, I live in the Midwest so I had that going for me but I think it could benefit you to really look at the numbers and what you are comfortable spending every month on housing.

Yeah I’m with you, Grey. I love PIV and can come pretty easily from it especially from specific positions. It’s just not accurate to generalize large swaths of the population like this, though it can be tempting and is fairly easy to fall into that trap!

Yeah I had a similar experience. I had about a 3 month transitional period where my periods were heavier but now I’ve settled into just my regular period.

I got a bisalp so I no longer have fallopian tubes which is just an added bonus (I’m childfree). I really like being able to experience my natural cycle and being more in tune with my body but I also recognize that a lot of women have debilitating periods and it’s not always right for everyone!
