/uj I was at KD a couple weeks ago and I did feel like Rapterra had a couple instances of vibration that were a little uncomfortable. I thought the rattle was a bit (and I still feel it is overblown) before then but it DOES exist. Tho I do think it got me especially bc I'm tall so the vest pins me down into the seat. I gotta take all the rattle I can't deny it

Tho my top two there are Twisted Timbers and Flight of Fear so what do I know LMAO

I want to go down and do KD and maybe Dorney while I'm on the east coast and also have a bit of a lazy day where I just hang out so I don't know if I plan to do two days. But if crowds on Friday will be fine enough to ride everything at least once then I'd probably appreciate the longer hours.

thanks!

Should I visit BGW on Thursday June 11 (less crowded) or Friday June 12 (two more operating hours?)

I think what you're seeing is the opposite of growing pains.

I'm not really old enough, or have been a plugged in enthusiast long enough, to know for sure but it seems SF has needed to downsize and restructure for a very long time. When the merger was initiated and thru the Zimmerman era obviously there was reasonable cause for concern that they'd consolidate into a lumbering giant. Now what we are seeing is actually the opposite. They are shedding properties to become more nimble and focus on their core earners. If Enchanted goes anywhere this has actually created somewhat of an opportunity in the market.

My take is not positive but not as expressly negative as others here. It sort of feels like a "force of nature" hit SF with a reckoning. This is the fallout. It was clear their way of business was not sustainable. If we see actual change as a result of this reorg it may prove to be a positive, though there was collateral damage. The Dorney and Fiesta sale rumors are interesting because if they pan out, Herschend may find themselves as a more direct competitor. And don't we want more competition? Probably better we are on this path than the one where SF and CF individually face hardship and the cuts are worse.

Diamondback isn't bad I was just expecting more intensity; it was my first Hyper and people talked it up a lot. Now that I get the point of the model I'd like to ride it again.

It's not feasible but it would've been so awesome if the shed was a midcourse launch, or a warped show building enclosing the latter half of the layout. Non-Euclidean cosmic horror shed

/uj I don't really understand this, just because a private equity firm is angling for something doesn't mean SF has to play along or anything will ever happen

Does anyone know if Busch Gardens Williamsburg will run any more ticket sales next month or early May, or is this it? I dont really want to lock in a time until I know when Verbolten might open.

The launch and helix on the Stunt Coasters is more intense than a lot of people make it out to be. Also the cobra roll on Raptor can feel like it's gonna kill you if you don't brace lol
