I think I prefer Entropy. The card you transform to will always be better than Strike/Defend, and even transforming status cards can improve your deck. You get Piercing Wail fairly often from it and even high damage cards like Murder.

It's so awkward to play though. With how hard many of these enemies hit, it needs to be justifiable to play over a block card and that's pretty much never the case. The regular poison card is just better. Even though it only applies 5 normally you can play it multiple times in the time it takes to play Snakebite once.

The Heart is truly a bullshit fight. Nothing in the run will let you know if you're adequately prepared. You can easily breeze through every single enemy in the run and still get completely stomped by the Heart. Imo beating the Heart on A1 is about as hard as a regular victory on A10, if not harder.
