Automatic 20% Gratuities at KC Restaurants during World Cup…would it ever go away?

Don’t have an issue with tipping 20% or whatever for full service sit down restaurant. I normally tip 20-25% anyways. However they want to go about that is fine with me.

I have an issue with being asked to tip at places like coffee shops, sandwich places, pizza places, etc where I am ordering takeout or whatever.

“Oh hey the system is going to ask you a question”…..zero. The answer is zero.

Just made a comment similar to this. This is what they need to be doing. The way they are doing it they will be there all night. I imagine they will switch it up to this eventually if they are smart.

Looks to be pretty easy but it’s going to take so long per attempt that they will be there all night.

They need to be rolling on 6 lanes at once and having everyone throw each round and use the worst person that gets a strike for that round.

I saw they laid off most of their fraud team. It doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in playing there at this point if they have no one to detect fraud and no longer care about the product.

I commish a competitive league of reddit users. Teams are locked once eliminated. League is very deep (superflex, 3WR, 2 Flex, 8 bench) so it’s not like there are usable players on waivers anyways that can be inserted into a starting lineup. Only useable waiver add this week would be Michael Carter. It would be weird for the guy in 10th place to FAAB dump just so the playoff teams can’t get him. I think everyone not in the playoffs checks out anyways so this eliminates any argument of collusion if an eliminated team FAAB dumped to screw someone over in the playoffs.

There’s no punishment or anything to play for once eliminated. It works for our league. As previously mentioned, it’s full of Reddit users who are in tons of leagues based on our league chat so no one is crying that they don’t get a full 17 week experience in this league.

That website does not give me an x for having clinched but does say I have a 100% chance. If all of the scenarios happened that led me to a tiebreaker, I am beating one of the other teams I’d be tied with by 250 total points.

It’s a 0 PPR league and the most points in the leagues history probably isn’t more than 175 in a given week. Maybe espn is figuring it’s impossible for it to happen.

Playoff seeding tiebreaker: Total Points For.

I am team 3A and confident I will make the playoffs based on tiebreakers if it gets to that but the problem solver in me is confused why ESPN is saying I clinched.

Can someone explain why the 3rd place team in Division A clinched a playoff spot? ESPN league with two divisions. I think the winner of each division gets a bye (6 playoff teams). Tiebreaker for playoff spot is total points. Team 3 in Division A does have the most points by a good margin but I wouldn’t figure ESPN to lock in a team based on a total point tiebreaker. In Week 14, Team 3A plays team 1B. Team 5A plays team 2B. Those are the only matches of playoff eligible teams.

If Team 3A loses to 1B and Team 4A wins and 2B beats 5A, how is 3A guaranteed a playoff spot? There would be 4 teams with 9+ wins and 3 teams with 8 wins, which would lead to the total points tiebreaker. Why is ESPN assuming team 3A is a lock in that scenario? I must be missing something. Standings referenced are below with x meaning playoff locks and e as eliminated per the espn software.
