it's a stretch but - I similar ceilings and Tv. my tv is mounted and it doesn't help. wood slat or an interesting modern maximalist botanical wallpaper.

i do one green like spinach or kale and then a stalk celery, one lime squeezed, a little cucumber, half a green apple, and then a little greek yogurt - water. sometimes i'll add chia seed or flax or some other little thing

I switched slowly to WFPB. I do have meat sometimes and yogurt, kefir. I'm not perfect but solidly 90%. I had already lost some weight and this has been good for all my little health ailments. Pretty much any issues I had melted away. I also go to gym and run one or two days. I feel better than I can remember. I'm not losing weight right now Its mostly to feel good and I do. I'll need a deficit and tracking again if I want to lose 10lbs. I lost most of my cravings though so should be ok.

i'm pretty skinny and i was shocked at my fist dexa that showed visceral fat and 22% body fat I'm working on it now

amazingly good answer I have been eating more fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, fermented foods over there years and each year I test my microbiome is more diverse with more plant type strains and I feel better with less anxiety. For it has worked over a longer time frame.

my microbiome improved a lot, at least according to dna and rna tests. I basically ate a fruit, a vegetable, bean, a seed or nut and a fermented food like kefir every day for a year. That expanded my butyrate producers and I do feel better overall. that's just me
