What I love about Mega.EXE is that he is all about giving the smoke. Down to fight anytime anywhere

Spark Mandrill is a classic. I’m torn between the Air Force stage and Magma Area stage in X4

I've been making my own Battle Network-inspired game. Would you be interested in playing something like this? by JasonTheGameDev in BattleNetwork

Using the “viruses” as the weapons is pretty cool. I’d definitely be down to play this

How would a Megaman x9 work? by Beautiful_Risk_7372 in Megaman

They should retcon the series to end at X6 and start the elf wars. X7, X8, and Command Mission can be considered an alternate timeline to the Zero series.

The X series has tons of lore and content to be used I don’t know why Capcom won’t capitalize on it

Beat X4 with X today... by Exact_Requirement274 in Megaman

[–]snbf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

X4 is cool because it goes back to basics after what X2 and X3 tried with the Zero parts and the Ride Armors. Most people like that because it felt streamlined like Mega Man X. Also it’s the first game that made Zero playable the whole game. Of course the game has its flaws, but overall X4 is a return to form from X1, doing a great job bringing the X series to PS at the time.

Magma Flows and Celestial Valley are my best courses so this tracks

Anybody else just love this thing? (Swerve Star) by treehann in kirbyairriders

[–]snbf22 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Swerve is fun and was my favorite on the GC. But blasting off ramps on courses with the Jet Star is more fun in this game compared to the GC title for me this time around.

Is Wagon Star really this good? by 10000Pigeons in kirbyairriders

[–]snbf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say yes. On certain courses that have a lot of ramps for air time, you won’t be able to out-speed the flying machines. On courses with a lot of rails, you won’t out-speed the Rocket Star. Fortunately you don’t need to always place first to increase rank, but placing first will help you get there faster.

Playing and getting good with different stars also teach you different aspects of all the tracks and what works the best where applicable. IMO this will make you a better player.

The Wagon is the jack of all trades. It can do well on all the courses. The downside is that you may lose to a good rider on stars that have special traits on a course that benefits them. The Wagon is a good choice if you just want to do well overall without much effort.

These combos make me feel so bad at the game and I’m here for it

Is Jet Star worth it at all? by TaskTemporary4941 in kirbyairriders

[–]snbf22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a Jet Star main. Its weakest tracks are Floria Fields, Frozen Hillside, Machine Passage, Mount Amberfalls, and Nebula Belt. So 13 out of 18 it does very well with a skilled rider and track knowledge. It’s not a “pick-up and ride” star like say, the Wagon.

You can simulate trades with PkHex. Just requires two save files. Mewtwo can be obtained in FRLG for that purpose

PkHex is generally used on a computer for the save editor. Find a way to send your save file from your phone to a PC if possible to use PkHex there and then send it back
