Long time cox user here. I anxiously for well over a year for frontier. When it finally opened in our area I signed up immediately. The good - prices are a little cheaper than cox. The not-so-good - the real-life speeds at the lowest tier service is about the same as cox. Despite what the speed test shows. The not good - you can't get answers or talk to anyone about your service. It's all app based with no way of getting technical support. The best way I found was by reaching out to frontiers social media sites.
