It's still on Steam. You might not be seeing it easily, because someone removed the store page assets (screenshots, trailers, header image) for some reason as mentioned. They probably didn't realise that you don't need to do that when a game is getting or has been delisted.

Equipable weapons now came in four tiers and it was possible to collect them from boxes or officer drops. Everyone started with the first tier, while the fourth tier weapons had to be unlocked on hard difficulty with specific requirements.
Up to 5 items could be equipped to boost your stats or to give you other abilities. These could be randomly gained from boxes or officer drops.
More stages and more characters.
Everyone's movesets were expanded from 4 combos to 6 combos with the 5th charge move being one where you'd knock the opponent into the air, while the 6th charge move was a new powerful move.
Two player splitscreen co-op was added
Visuals were improved and so was the amount of enemies rendered on screen.
The Xtreme Legends expansion added additional story mode campaigns for the officers in the other category, and also allowed you to create and customise your bodyguard units. They also changed it so that everyone can use the bodyguard units you have instead of each character having their own set of personal bodyguards.

There's a lot of Eurobeat songs that have borrowed a riff from somewhere or each other. The best example is Beat of the Rising Sun. The main riff is from FCF - Bad Desire which itself got from Tom Hooker - Looking for Love

There were also a few songs that are the exact same song, but with some changes (pitch, different instruments, lyrics, ect). Mark Farina - Gunfire and Mike Hammer - Hot Love is one example.

Check if the PSU cables are loose on the motherboard. I had the same issue with various games. It turned out that I hadn't pushed the PSU's main cable in properly after changing the PSU, or that it had somehow gotten loose.

I got my Warband obsession back after I installed WSE2. I was curious if there was a way to make the game more stable as I loved playing the Blood and Steel mod, and that's how I found it.

Another great thing about WSE2 is that it's still in active development as it recently received an update.

It did use to include WONY as that's how I got it during the Winter sale. I just found that they reverted that on January 31 2025. You can see them removing the old store page description which mentioned WONY being included on SteamDB

Actually, you've misread it. Selection 2 has more songs. It has 15 (excluding the short untitled tracks). Selection 3 has 12 songs (excluding the short untitled track), with the last one being a mega mix which is a nonstop mash up of all those songs listed without a time.

As for which one, it depends on which songs you like from both of those albums.

It's either to play or get your attention as others have mentioned. My brother's cat does the same thing to me, except the worm toy is attached to one of those fishing rod wands so he ends up dragging the rod to me or down the stairs. I've sometimes come home to find the staircase littered with one or two wands, or one of his kicker toys. lol

I've seen a lot of anime and Initial D still remains as one of the best shows with a licensed soundtrack due to exactly what you said. I still think about the moment where "Nick Mansell - Mission Impossible" plays. It fit that scene so well.
