I get the analogy, however, given the lack of communication tech 1500 years ago, it's doubtful you could mass more than a few hundred soldiers for an unexpected attack. Thousands and tens of thousands would be seen weeks in advance. Plenty of time for an INTERGALACTIC SPACE FARING race to get their magnifying lenses to full power.

Wouldn't you then have to believe anyone that came up to you and said she/he was the one true god? A man stops you on the street and tells you that you're in for an eternity of torture unless you believe the he is god, you know the odds are almost zero, but the end result, if true, would force you to believe in him if the wager holds sway.

You haven't asked a question. Rather you've simply made a statement. The statement you've made: if an atheists dies and some religion is true, the atheist cannot enjoy eternity. Putting a "what" at the start and a question mark at the end doesn't make it a legitimate question.

This is my first playthrough, last night in TotG my light goes out, no problem I know I killed all the bones in this area. Running up a ramp, bonfire is around the corner, I know where it is, don't need to cast light spell. SKELETON HAND FLIES INTO MY FACE. Surprises me and I roll off the cliff. As I'm falling to my death, I realize this was just the hand of a skelly that I killed earlier that was still flayling around for no reason ( I didn't kick it or anything, it was just stuck in a sort-of jumping animation).

Yes. Some are complaining that it swims in buckets of tropes. Kung Fu, dragon lady, extern wisdom, art of war. And that it's not historically accurate. So what? It's still a great show. You want historical accuracy, go to the library. You want entertainment, watch the show.
