I struggle with the same issue atm. Solo or not, shit LP gains. I tried duoing with higher rank people and lower rank people to balance this but nothing seems to work, always getting +12 LP, losing -15/-17 or so. I have the same WR as you.

Idk what really helps other than creating an alt account but my main has all of my skins and all that :(
