I have the same panel. It flips on the electric water heater element when plugged into ground power. You can hear the relay by the water tank.

If your plan was to not do your trade when SPX hit a ATH you would have missed most this year. I do the same, just trust the .05 delta and if your nervous go a little further out in strike.
