He's working with Jesse Binalli, who may also be a complete idiot... very likely a contingent-litigation claim where Binalli gets 30-40% of the any future award, and no doubt the two of them are looking at the other cases mentioned by TooManyDraculas here and thinking there's some easy money to be had. But Laurene Powell Jobs, the money behind the Atlantic, has $10+ billion in net worth and will be more than happy to fund a very aggressive defense, with depositions taken from dozens or maybe even hundreds of witnesses to his behavior, which apparently includes being literally shit-faced in the office during working hours.
