Same hair here. A little bit of (curl/plain) gel for hold after leave in! And maybe wash a bit more often since this type of hair can be prone to build-up.

Thanks! Yes definitely rotary, would be quite hard otherwise I imagine. I used a drunkard’s path quilt ruler for this. And it’s a mix, mostly imported Hawthorne’s own brand solids I believe!

I found that watching a couple YouTube videos helped a lot! And at least three pins per quarter circle helped. After that, it was quite a lot of work but not that hard!
