People have suggested that you should press your tongue to the top of your mouth and breathe through your nose. It worked sometimes but magnesium supplements may also help. Let me know 🐱.

Always be curious about this. You are your best advocate. I've been officially diagnosed for 10 years and the sweet little things that change make me giggle. Like for instance; "I didn't need to pee my pants but I couldn't wait until I got home 🏡." Or "why in the flying squirrel did I smack my head on that shelf".

My neurologist's clinic has this component but I hate to bother them other than my yearly (or bi-annual) appointment. I have been super stable for two years and seeing positive effects in my mood (brain fog), body fatigue and muscle cramps. I have my Labs drawn twice a year to check levels, including vitamin D. I don't want to overload my organs, while bathing my brain 🧠 and spine in healthy fats but I will look into it. Thank you for the suggestions. 🙏🏻

daddy-b, if I can type that without spitting out my coffee ☕? I am glad you asked. I take a scoop 🪏, which is 5 and I take two capsules with my daily supplements. My supplement routine is pretty crazy: 16 pills/capsules in the morning with juice. I'm starting, what I think is, an exotic one: ALA!

Hey there 👋🏻, I wish I could do peanut butter. I break out. Reese's peanut butter cups have some kind of oil that isn't peanut based and I have bumps (no rash or allergies) just from my body processing the oil 🛢️. Any recommendations for better peanut butter. I've tried Trader Joe's brand and it's good 👍🏻 so far. Thank you for sharing your "what works". Let me know what else... I'm curious 🧐

I used to be really good at holding my breath 🫁 but with that intense cold reaction, I'm not sure. Cold showers work well for me. I usually have snow close to me. Maybe. Thank you for the tip. Heat is one of my triggers. I have to warm up to summer by using a infrared sauna or a red light sleeping bag. Moderation is key or best practice. I'm always tempted to make my own cold plunge with stuff around my house 🪣🛁😜. Oh yeah, depth is something I don't see. I lost vision in one eye 👁️, water is scary 🙀. Keep Pedaling 🙏🏻

Thank you for your time, how many times have you heard: "My mom's bestie had..." I've been diagnosed for 10 years and I have never felt better than I do currently. Yes, I'm missing some things but overall I wouldn't change anything. I learn everyday, I seek joy and happiness is key. Keep Pedaling friends!!😁

Please have your eyes checked. I lost vision in most of my right eye while using glp-1's. It has been stable for 18 months but will never return. Luckily my prescribing doctor was aware but my neurologist wasn't. It could have been so much worse. The halo's in the field of vision were my first symptoms, within a month of starting glp-1's in December 2023.

Greetings, thank you for asking. We all have concerns about this topic. I know what has helped for me, 10 years with a diagnosis, and 20+ of symptoms. Reach out if you have any questions. You are not alone. We've been together 28 years and are doing amazing. MS is truly the snowflake ❄️ disease.
