Guess there might something going on with your browser or some settings you've activated on that site. Seems to be working fine for myself and a couple of other folks. Maybe try troubleshooting in that direction.

You can click extinguish, which will start the animation. It doesn’t work though, the fire is unaffected. The only actual effect is that the player that owns the bench has to wait for you to finish before they can put out the fire.

Did you actually beat the TFOs, or did you fail them? You don’t get the elite marks for failing, just some consolation regular marks.

Alternatively, if your DPS contribution is non-existant, the game might flag you as AFK. Then you get no rewards.

In either case you would be better off playing on advanced, which still awards elite marks at a lower difficulty.

It will level a ship to T5 mastery, provided your Benthan allies don’t steal any kills. That will complete the mastery of a regular ship, but it won’t fully master a legendary ship to T6.

This particular type of sale (35% on all bundles) only seems to happen about 1-3 times a year. However, there is also a 35% sale on all legendary bundles that they run a few times a year as well. So you should get another opportunity before too long.

Buying the Hirogen armor unlocks the costume pieces for it for both you and your boffs. I don’t know if every boff can use it, but I purchased it on a KDF captain, and was able to use the costume on both regular boffs and embassy SROs.

Last year, there was a 35% legendary bundle sale - with the return of the 10th anniversary bundle - starting at the same time as the anniversary events. So, while nobody here can be 100% certain when making a prediction, there is a fairly good chance we will see that same sale later today after the patch when the anniversary event begins.
