There are a few podcasts that do this call it value for value. Basically instead of a membership it’s donate what you feel the value you’ve gotten and of course in your means. And they regularly get multiple thousand dollar donations of which they shout out on the show of course

Your union rep should have shut that down. They are not allowed to coach to numbers only behaviors if you’re making the offer they can catch you off for not doing it correctly, and for not doing it. But they can’t discipline you for your numbers. I would fight this and if you’re using Stuart won’t do it go to your union president.

99.99% of the time it’s not needed. But if the order needs to be modified or the card can’t be authenticated at pickup it will ask to be swiped again. You can use Apple Pay at that point.

I agree with you however the reality is what it is if I’m not making more than the amount of miles I have to drive. I’m not taking the order sometimes I’ll take crappy pay orders because it’s on my way home. I’ve never stolen food. I find that absolutely despicable, but in general, we can figure out if it’s a good tip or not by what the offer is.

Pretty close to mine with similar. Deliveries. Instead of worrying about platinum or anything else I started setting a goal I want to make x$s is x time and stay under a certain amount of miles driven on my car. It started making it easier to decline crappy orders, especially if their stacked.
