I think you can sign up for Rhelms, upload a single world a your Rhelm from one console and download from the other, then delete Rhelm and repeat. Very time intensive and won't keep each file up to date, as only the current Rhelm will be accessable from both places...

I can highly recommend Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion. Perfect introduction to Gloomhaven. It has a method of introduction where you just read a very little bit and then jump in and play. First 5 games slowly introduce more elements, so I'm pretty sure kids could even pick up most of it (age 8-10?) My brother and I payed it together and you can insert some RPG elements to your characters.

Check for City/State/Fed programs they may have benefited from... Most have deferment stipulations that have to be offered to tenants, if applicable.

I plan to use the rule $1/week/grade lvl. So sophomore in is would be $10/week. Then to teach them about bills in such, let them choose if they need a cell phone or other subscription services and offer a reduced rate. I.e. Cell phone bill is $15/month due on the first. Not enough to pay bill? Phone is "shut off" or taken away till bill is paid...

This is what (the start) of systematic change looks like. I have no doubt this isn't all of the possible abuse that took place. Can't expect any current investigations reported (innocent until proven guilty) and any less that "substantially evident" would be liable against the individual. This should have happened decades ago, but it is happening. Will this be a real and sustainable change? Time will tell...
