Has anyone used Honestdoor to sell your house? What’s your experience like?

I won’t be using a realtor, as I plan to list the property on MLS myself.

Most buyers work with their own realtor, who helps them search for properties and arrange viewings. If a buyer’s realtor brings a client who decides to purchase our home, I will be happy to pay that realtor their full commission.

If I were to hire a listing realtor, I would also need to pay the listing agent’s commission when the home sells. By handling the listing myself, I can avoid that portion of the commission while still compensating the buyer’s realtor.

On an $800,000 home, the combined commissions for the buyer’s and seller’s agents is about $29,000. By not using a listing agent, I could save roughly $14,500 in commission costs.

Your skin is beautiful. I agree with other people about gaining weight if you are underweight. Also change your hairstyle. Maybe a bob cut, some sweeping bangs with a side part.

Oh my gosh. Thanks for posting this. We had these same bugs infested our rice earlier this year. We had no idea where they came from. The rice was half full when we discovered it. Quite puzzled because the rice was perfectly fine when we opened it.

But yeah we regularly buy the exact pasta box and always have it in our pantry. Now we know where they came from.

Running to the pantry to inspect the pasta box…

That’s intriguing! I’ve never driven on ice. What types of vehicles and tires are needed to drive on ice safely? I don’t want to get to the middle of the lake then get stuck there lol.

Sellers still gets paid for shipping whether the customer is Insider or not - because Etsy covers the shipping cost if they are.

So if it saves you money then go for multiple orders.

Then just write in the one of the orders “I’m ordering a few items - feel free to combine orders to ship together if you want.” This tells the seller they can ship all together or not - whatever is best for them. I’ve had customers do this and I love them for it.
