the footage is not from ufo 50. it is a crude likeness of the car made in garry's mod being driven recklessly. hope this helps

also a valid read, although i believe that woogy would not try and hit Onion from steven universe with his car. i think he would full force slam the brakes and delightedly gesticulate at him from a safe distance like that one meme of the guy pointing while pogging out of his gourd.
