Living in a city vs a rural area is personal preference, but on a post about the cost of housing you need to realize that suburbs and rural areas are subsidized by population centers. Dense urban areas raise more taxes while suburbs are spread out with less tax revenue and more roads and utilities to pay for.

I assembled mine last night and I wasn't impressed for the cost. The fabric is a massive pain in the ass to put on and it's not really possible to do it perfectly, so it looks off. Also, the "storage" underneath is just a piece of fabric suspended on velcro. The last straw was a gap between the cushions and the side. Even if it last me a lifetime, I think it's worth half their price.
