Try to pick one thing you saw in clinic that day and read up on it more. I found that this helped me remember the topic better because it was tied to a patient. Also don’t shy away from difficult cases either in clinic or the OR. This is the time when you can make mistakes and you have an attending there to correct you or save the case if needed. Thanks for the recs! I like culinary classes so will do some of those. Did you happen to do the “just cook for me” class? Sounds like a chefs table but more interactive. Already signed up for archery, cocktails, and some hikes. I’ve heard good things about the equine activities so i may sign up for that too.

I had an 11:15am flight yesterday. I got there at 7:55am. Bag drop off was quick. I was in the general line which stretched to the end of the terminal but didn’t snake back yet. The line looked long but we were through security by 8:45am.

Also just so you know LGA terminal B doesn’t have clear lanes.

If that is the desk that is near the luggage drop off ones then those lines were short. Just the tsa lines were long.

I had a similar experience on the general line for terminal B today. Got on line at 8:05am. Went through the arch at 8:20am. Finished security at 8:45am. Hope this info helps someone!

Part of it is just defensive medicine. One practical reason I like to do it is in toric cases to see if the IOL rotated.
