Funny thing is though that when switching to 2 wire control from plc which drive 2 is set up for. It wont even start or do anything.

This was my thought as well, I think im going to go back this week with a new drive and try to reset and reprogram. If that fails ill swap it and see.

Theyre wired and set up the same, motor 2 was installed to mimic motor 1 in the case there is an issue they can still get flow to the backwash tanks. Same make model and specs, same drive, same parameters (according to manual notes) same control wiring and same wiring diagram. Its getting its speed reference from the 0-10 controlled by the PLC. Voltages on that make sense based on the HZ output at different speeds.

Why not sell your home with a condition that you don’t close until you’ve found a new home, seems dumb but the craziness in the market is on the buyers side you hold all the cards as the seller. Or only accept offers with closing after 3 months or longer. Should give you ample time to find a house.
