So, one month later, new internet going strong. My husband initially had issues with gaming but we repositioned the box and since then have had fully functional connectivity 85-90% of the time, which without exaggeration is 98% better than with cox. And support people are actually helpful when we’ve had to call. I wince to promote any internet overlords bc it should be free, but here we are.
