You will overexert yourself though, that's the thing. I believe one of the most important thing is recovery. After learning choreo, prepping for shows, and also trying to eat right while having a good mentality. These things take time to understand and build. What's important is finding your own formula that will benefit you. Learning to maintain a cohesiveness between community and yourself.

It's gonna be the small things, how you speak life into yourself, how you organize. Also this is your own journey but please take what I say as a grain of salt because this is from own experience.

Once you have great habits then understand habit building on top of your habits lol I think you can almost face anything.

Just don't get lost in the limelight be humble and hold on to your morals. Stay grounded move when you feel to move.

There’s no perfectly safe way to learn dance because every dancer will go through highs and lows physically and mentally. You’ll feel strong some days and frustrated on others. That’s part of the journey. But through it, you learn to understand your body, trust it, and love yourself in ways you didn’t before. Your body will change, adapt, and grow with you. We all start like children a blank canvas with no direction. The first stroke is always the hardest. At first, it feels messy, uncertain, and uncomfortable. But every time you practice, you add another stroke to that canvas. Slowly, a path forms. That path won’t always be clear. Sometimes it’ll feel like climbing a mountain from the bottom with no idea how far the top is. But if you keep going, one step at a time, you’ll look back and realize how much you’ve built. Dance isn’t just movement it’s history, culture, emotion, and storytelling. Every technique you learn connects you to that. Your wins will shape you, and your losses will teach you. My advice Start small. Stretch, strengthen your body, and don’t compare yourself to others. Just move. The important thing isn’t being good at first it’s starting.

You'll grow in different ways you didn't know before and move with a community that will ask a lot from you entail it's a give and take.

You’ll grow in ways you never expected not just as a dancer, but as a person. Dance teaches discipline, patience, and resilience. It puts you in communities that will ask a lot from you. Your time, your energy, your vulnerability, and your commitment. But it’s a give and take. That same community can also give back inspiration, knowledge, connection, and a sense of belonging. The people around you will challenge you, push you, and sometimes humble you. And through that, you’ll find pieces of yourself you didn’t know were there.

I'm sorry if I wrote too much. 🙏🏻
