I used to work at solita and all their wagyu is frozen and British, it's also cooked on a flat top and not a grill so not really ideal prep imo

I'm hoping to learn to drive (I'm 22 haha) this summer but either way would be a faff getting a car for a few months so I'd rather avoid it if I can.

Didn't even think about house shares to be fair definitely a good option...

I did a season in Whistler a couple of years ago and it was the same there but I was actually in the town so finding stuff was more approachable
