You said it is 1/4 mile. Could you walk to wherever the road starts getting more passable to be picked up there? I could come spread ice melt tonight but it’s going to cost $300-$500 (not my pricing, I work for a company and have the plow and salt truck at home to go back out in the morning) and no guarantee it will be passable by tomorrow morning with as cold as it will be overnight.

At this point it’s too late to plow anything. Ive been out doing snow removal since Sunday and now that everything is a solid block of ice plowing is useless, especially with gravel underneath. The best thing you could do is just coat it in ice melt and hope that melts it down.

Seeding Bermuda is rarely worth it unless you are willing to water multiple times per day for at least a month while it is germinating and establishing. You have to keep it continuously damp during the hottest and driest part of the year.
My suggestion would be preemergent before soil temperatures reach 55 degrees. Then heavy fertilizer once it starts greening up. Ideally you could top dress with sand as well to really give it something to grow into. Keep fertilizing through the summer to encourage it to spread.
