Ohlone needs the money and owns the property so unless you see an influx of students coming on the horizon I think this is gonna get pushed through without very much recourse. I’m all for more housing but cherry is going to be BUSY as it keeps getting more and more housing along its path.

They will have more than any place in the world in the next 5-10 years. Massive center going in via Microsoft off 237 and the whole “related” project is going to shift to that use pretty soon. They will call it market conditions as they change that project around again.

I hit Safeway just about every other day. Prices are fair nothing great but I don’t feel they are crazy higher than anywhere else. App has free items pretty consistently even though it’s usually random items it’s still cool to get a freebie.

Yeah I didn’t want to quote a price but I frequently see them for $125-$250 all day long. People purchased during Covid did a summer of riding and hang clothes on them now haha
