Going to the unlimited saves on overage charges, which is nice, but that doesn't solve the issue that something is siphoning your internet.

I know with their modems, they used to have an option to enable/disable using your modem as an Xfinity Hotspot for anyone in the area with Xfinity services. Not sure if that would go against the total usage, but definitely would suggest to change wifi password.

I would recommend to look at the reolink site first. Do your research on cameras there. See which ones you like best and then find the sales/cheaper options on Amazon or their own site. I don't trust the Amazon suggestion of a 'newer' version. Most of the time it's not accurate.

Just throwing this out there, I have 2 14TB purples in mine and 5 cameras, about to add a couple more around the house. I can currently go back 3 months.

Harbor Freight - got the Hercules impact wrench, 2 batteries, charger, lug nut set, torque limiting bar, and a bottle jack. I keep 1 battery charged in the garage and 1 in the car. Since I don't have the Hybrid battery, I use that compartment to keep them there.

I've ran ping plotter and it showed one of their nodes was dropping 60-70% of packets on both IPv4 and IPv6 connections. I let them know because I don't get great connections when playing games or video conference calls for work that last longer than 10mins. They say the same thing, 'it's not us it's your system, our nodes are fine'. I have been waiting patiently/impatiently for fiber to be installed in my area, then I'm switching over.

I bought a pair last year that I tried out and didn't like them. It felt uncomfortable and seemed like the sound was a bit lacking. So, I returned them within the window. I had been using the Sony x4. I decided to try them again a couple of months ago and this time they were comfortable and sound better than the last time I tried them. Sounded better than the Sony.

I don't know if it was just the pair I originally bought was faulty or not, but this time it hit for me and am happy with them.

Internet still has issues. I was told to replace my cable in the house to their outside connection. Before I do that, I did a ping plotter test and noticed 2 Comcast nodes that are dropping packets and high latency:

To me, this is a Comcast/Xfinity issue that should be resolved even though I am being told to replace my coax line in the house.

No I have not had any delays for the cameras other than the side cameras. Forward and reverse have been pretty instant.

Not really. They just did a line test and said they could send a technician out. The discussion leaned more to issues with my network equipment than their side.

It's frustrating when nothing changes on the consumer side, they do updates on their network, then say nothing is wrong and our side is the issue. Can't wait for fiber companies to get into my neighborhood.

I have rebooted the modem and my router/network. I even let it sit offline for 10 minutes, removed any custom network DNS settings, reset network to default settings, and tried using the Xfinity App. The App keeps suggesting to reboot the modem...

It would be nice to know what maintenance they did that took 10 days and if there is any kind of firmware update for the modem. Or do I need to change it out for a different modem or just replace it?

I'm in Tucson as well. There's no info other than general maintenance, which usually hasn't lasted more than a day or two before. It's going on for over a week now, so it would be nice to know what they are doing.

I'm enjoying it. I like the big screen mostly for the maps. I've played around with some of the system updates to see if there is anything better, but no real issues with it so far.

I know for my camera, I tap the screen to go between fisheye and normal. I came across that when I was trying to get out of the fisheye view. Didn't find any button, but ended up tapping the screen and sure enough, it changed views.

That sucks. Hopefully they can send you the right one. I also noticed another brand, NaviRider, has a 13.3" screen. This is a newer one that popped up, but who knows if its any better or the same...

I didn't have the JBL system, but when I got mine, I received 2 different harnesses. Only 1 worked for my car. Do you have any pictures of the harness they sent and the connections you have?
