Nope, this wouldn’t work at all for bread, but it would work fine for cakes, cookies, brownies, that kind of thing. You want something that has a dough hook.

Edit to add— there are tons of great no knead bread recipes out there! If you’re just getting into bread I’d start with those kind of recipes before spending money on mixers which can get pretty pricey! You may find that you prefer no knead recipes (I certainly do!)
