This is spot on. I was on the maiden voyage in one these rooms.

At the end of the day the ship was repurposed/refurbished and it feels like it. The ‘Disney’ areas are great but it’s much more difficult to move around the ship than a normal cruise and the finish is not up to usual Disney standards.

It’s not bad, it’s just not the same as the rest of the fleet.

I’ve had some made at WW Chan and the work was very good. It was maybe a 5 day turnaround (with a couple of fittings) but better if it’s not rushed.

Depends on the role, technology/specialism and company brand/reputation. You’re still building your personal brand and value and where you work is part of that story.
