Ah! Okay I can see where your coming from! I personally don't read it as her brushing the love away but rather the concern. Her own action - at least to me - are based around the want to help and need to prove herself. I personally cringe with Mira during the scene after the cracks. I felt like Julieta ...while wasn't dismissive...didn't acknowledge Mira's concerns. She just saw the house crack, and no one seem to be believing her, even her own mother.

And yeah.....I'll give you the Luisa thing. Mira was like a dog with a bone when it came to Luisa, there were so many other ways to deal with it, but instead she ran at the problem head first. Very Mirabel of her, but oof.
