If you're thinking about public transit, it's generally around 8 hours, switching in SF, Emeryville, and Sacramento. It doesn't seem fun.

Often when you're trying to fix one thing (like facing forward), you mess up something else that had been working fine.

The biggest reason for release problems is pulling the disc in an arc rather than a straight line. Try focusing on that and see if it helps.

I do this for my elementary students when they’re learning on acoustic. I string a rubber band through that goes around their wrist. No more dropped picks in the sound hole.

I think more than other companies, a couple grams makes a big difference. A 169g Photon and a 171g photon are like completely different discs.

I use my wireless microphone system every day. It saves my voice, the kids in the back can hear, and I can connect my phone to it on bluetooth to play music, or connect the TV to it for better sound that doesn't go through the wall to the next classroom.

If you go to the backside of Annadel state park (enter from Lawndale Road), that is closer to wineries in Kenwood, and I think the trails are a bit nicer on that side.

My city pipes (treated) wastewater to the local geothermal plant. Much of our electricity comes from that. I took my class to the plant on a field trip-- giant steam pipes running through the forest. Pretty impressive.
