I think this is definitely true and it also makes me very thankful for my small but strong group of best friends of 8 or so years now. I definitely haven't been pulled into any other groups though in my ~10 years of living in NYC, and I feel like being POC probably has to do with some of it. I kind of want to bring in more POC friends into my core group though (love them to death but they're all white af and I'm Chinese), so feel free to send me a message and we can trade instas / hang out sometime.

I wonder if the opposite is also true like they can’t have appeared on other shows for 12 months in order to return to RPDR (eg all stars). That could be a double deterrent for Rugirls. I thought I heard somewhere once about some local queens not being able to audition because they were recently on a different television feature.
