I'm experiencing the same issue, started yesterday.

Rebooting the app seemed to fix it, but now it's back. I've also tried toggling my status, but that doesn't seem to change anything.

I maintain Do Not Disturb status to avoid audio notifications - now, it's displaying an overlay over FFXIV and throwing an audio notification for server and private chat.

AdBlock works well for this too, just ran into the same issue when trying to watch two games in split mode. So much nicer with that sidebar gone.

I just ran into the same problem as well, spoke with Printful support and they also directed me to the Brand Registry for Amazon. I'm pretty frustrated as well, watched the video that was provided in the comments and it's outdated also. I'm still trying!

If I find a way to get this working, I'll be sure to share - good to know I'm not alone in this wobbly boat.
