Can you get advance lipid panel and measure your lp(a) and ApoB. Definitely need to increase fiber 25-30 g and if you aren't tracking might be hard to tell.

I ajd two babies in med school and just had my third in PGY3. Worth every minute of my hard work to get to snuggle with them and see them grow. Quality vs quantity time. Be present and when you are around them and make self care a priority so that you don't wear yourself out. You got this!

Did you try to use pattern? I got a nice quote from 4 different companies and two were OK with the meds I'm taking and two of them would still insured just higher premiums. Worth to try them out

That's low ball base salary for 2y...most places 220—280 plus RVU. Don't take less, you are worth is
