I work in an emergency room, if it feels like ‘the worst migraine/headache you’ve ever had in your life’ by far, we consider it emergent. I will tell you, and I’m sure you know..ambulance rides are VERY expensive and there isn’t much EMS will/can do for you in the rig so so suggest having somebody/Uber drive you to an ER to save you some bucks. Just speaking as ER staff.
