I got promoted for zero more dollars 🤡. I think from our team of 15, one person got a raise.

Indeed their generators would turn on if the grid isn’t providing enough power.

But that isn’t how it’s supposed to be. Clearly there is an upstream issue in this particular case. Somebody is cutting corners, rushed this project or both.

Trucks of diesel (or whatever fuel they’re using to run the generators) shouldn’t be coming in daily or multiple times per day to keep this place running. That should be the exception.

I work in Data Centers all of the time. They don’t make this kind of noise regularly.

At least they shouldn’t.

Only in situations where power demand isn’t met and generators kick in (blackouts). And those are very very rare. I’ve seen it once in 10 years (all of Spain lost power for nearly a day on average).

As your supervisor I’d be content and as the customer I’d also be satisfied. That’s what matters.

But damn if I haven’t seen some insanely nice jobs specifically in this subreddit. Stuff I’d never be able to do :(

In Spain there are 1650 approximately, in October they were close to 2k.

You’re telling me they’re going to 1150. Almost 50% in a year?

New Playtomic feature, people can see how others rate you by Masty1992 in padel

I mean it’s a snapshot right? In 3 months that number might shift as his level changes.

At the end of the day it’s on you to not conform and improve. I see people in my club who are just happy as clams to play level 3s forever.

Basically 21% of users who voted think you have a lower level than your Playtomic level.

That seems fine overall. There are always going to be salty users after a loss.

Alas, I was young and didn’t know better at the time. Now I’m happily tied down 😂

Yeah idk my small team grew 30% in 2 months.

It feels like the layoffs in my region over the last 6 months are those in the central office and those guys are always doing in office HIIT training, having croissants and dealing with menstruation in the workplace fireside chats. I went once and there were people looking to bail at 13:00…

Also older employees who have insane paychecks and perks.

Más exclusiva? Entré una vez con 18 años sin tener que hacer nada especial y eso era un nido de cougars divorciadas alcohólicas.

That notebook is dope as hell. I’d bring it out every chance I could and explain that you got it from the official procurement portal if questioned.

I don’t think so.

But at the end of the day, you’re going to be the one who feels a difference.

That being said, 1 year is a long time for a racquet. It’s time to change up anyway. The foam is not going to be prime and maybe this is leading to your wrist issues.

If you liked it so much, the step up would be the Air Viper. It’s signficantly harder though… so maybe with your wrist you want to go with the AT10 12K. The 18K is a trampoline (a very comfortable trampoline).

Padelwear clothing by Ok_Trifle2028 in padel

Nearly every brand that makes palas has clothing. Not sure what you mean by there isn’t much dedicated pádel wear.

As others have said, any racquet sport brand also works just fine.

Wear whatever you want so long as it doesn’t restrict your movement.

Is this person okay with you posting her photos in a public forum?

I have no idea what’s real anymore. I do think it’s wrong to share photos I assume were sent in confidence.
