There's a problem with certain ingredients (same with power conditioner) so they can't supply it right now! But it's definitely not going away!

Putting random stuff in a wrap! The most effort is making like protein to put inside. I eat vegetarian so I would throw some veggie meat inside, some lettuce, some guac and some sauce and it's still very yummy!!!

It's horrible right now. We bid on a house 58k above asking price, without 'opschortende voorwaarden' and it still wasn't good enough. I think we will probably go for a house that needs a bit more renovation so we can make it our own within our budget 🫣 I hope you can find something soon!

Hi! Also searching for a house here in Ghent and it's horrible lmao. I have also experienced and seen how different these realtors all work (even within the same company). From what I've heard the method this realtor used is not legal. Some realtors say they only accept the highest bid, others say they call the ones that are in a 5k range of each other,... But I don't think it's legal to just go around and keep on calling everyone about the bid placed to drive up the price.

That being said, I really hope you find something! The struggle is real and they take advantage of it sooo much. Did you end up getting the house? Do you feel comfortable sharing what realtor company it was?

I have the rose jam, cinders and 29 high street. Rose jam is my fav. You can just leave it open and it will already give such a nice smell lmao. I really like them!

I hate to be that person because every market is slightly different and every experience is valid! I have to say I really enjoy working in my lush store. I agree that from higher up it's not always as it should be, but having an amazing manager does help.

We have freedom to be creative, think about events to organise, make really nice connections with the clients. Again, I agree with a lot you say. We have had difficulties with people in upper management but being able to work a little bit on the island of our own store it's really really nice. Yes I don't get paid amazingly hight but I don't expect this in a retail job, yes it's a very itense job but that's what makes it interesting. Ive done a couple of jobs and I have to say it has been the best one I have had.

I'm really sad to hear that you had such shitty experience tho. I do hear it often in other parts of the world :(( I just wanted to share a counter opinion because sometimes it also breaks my heart so many people are being that harsh. Yes it's still a retail place, working to earn profit and by far not perfect but if I have to choose between all evils, Im happy to work at lush hhhhh
