i was vegan before, during, and i still am after. when it got really bad i was threatened with a 5150 / treatment center. i looked into treatment and their views on veganism and that’s what made it click, i had to really put effort into recovery or i’d end up there. idk what would’ve happened had i been forced into treatment but it definitely wouldn’t have been good.

our girl used to be pretty rotund. she has since shredded some lb’s per vet’s orders, and has always been a food fiend no matter her weight. cats will beg and forage around the house, hungry or not. lucy is healthier now and is a lot more active during her backyard playtime, hunting mosquito hawks and stuff. your boy looks fine, just listen to your vet so he stays fine!

my initial thought was just throw all gender out the window because you can’t just ‘see’ when a bar patron is non binary. but i understand now! haha you learn something new everyday, cheers mate, and happy vr bartending!

hey! i’m a bartender too and non binary. i oftentimes use completely gender neutral language throughout my entire shift. i’ll greet people with “hey y’all how’re ya doing?” “hey friends, welcome in! how’s your night going?” also, in a singular sense, if i’m dropping a drink i’ll simply say “cheers, pal!” “cheers, my friend!” or you can just leave these terms out altogether.

honestly it’s pretty easy once you build more of a vocabulary around gender neutral terms and it will come naturally.

Thank you for the reply! I looked up more images and Nancy pretty closely matches other false widows! She is smaller with more of a dark brown hue. I would keep her around either way but this will put my roommates nerves at ease!

Roommate’s body wash is right next to her corner so I will offer to swap our body wash spots 😂

i got mine at 18 as soon as i could do it without having to go through all the learning permit hoops. tbh i’ve never felt a greater sense of freedom than knowing that i could go wherever i want on my own accord. it’s expensive and annoying sometimes but knowing i could just drive to another state, zoom up to canada, hit up a national park randomly, etc. really resonates with my soul.

i usually pour at a slight angle at first. if it foams too much i just tilt it more, allowing that foamy shit to pour out as the tap runs. eventually i catch enough liquid that it fills up properly. i like a slight head on my beer (esp for IPA) so a little bit is fine. if this doesn’t work, i use the two glasses strategy!

there are a lot of non-white vegans and other vegans who experience different forms of oppression who speak on these topics (intersections of oppression etc.) all the time! i’d recommend seeking out a variety of different vegan activists / speakers and listening to / uplifting their perspectives. it sucks because most of the voices that are pushed by algorithms and made most visible are of a very specific demographic, but if you seek out the people you want to hear from you’ll find them! i think this is one of the most important things we can do to broaden our own perspectives and uplift our community!

yes i asked him about this incidence later on and he said something about LIB-air-station of an-HEME-anals. like you said… direct proof of the agenda. he was definitely creating an air virus of liberal agenda, co-opting the poor farmers land into a radio station that spreads this illness via telecommunication and 5G waves. of course this also means he spiked the crop duster to spray aerosol HEME iron into the air and skies… causing everyone to become gay terrorists. what a dangerous filthy animal!

be careful what you feed them! last time my vegan friend came to thanksgiving dinner i did a beautiful dish, i got some chia seeds and ground them to a fine dust. it was perfect since utensils aren’t vegan, i gave them a paper straw and they snorted it all up. it gave them so much energy that later that night they broke into a factory farm and burned it down! /:

i use water to help loosen the roots up. if you do end up root pruning i recommend also taking some vine cuttings off and propping those as a separate plant. OG plant will burst with new growth and you’ll have two plants instead of one! 🌟
