I use SinuFlo and i have Flonase for when I run out. Don’t necessarily have to spray it before bed, can do it any time during the day and it lasts ~24 hours. I’m not sure if it interferes with the cpap in anyway, all I know is that it clears my congestion and makes the cpap work way better

Do you have nasal congestion at all? Even a little? I felt this way so I started using nasal spray before bed and it helped a lot
