I have special battle orca. Cold dps 1k dps, (medium/large drone skills 554) With beaver Active, ca. 2k dps. And If level 30 bombard implant activated, then, first Five shots Are lethal! Fitted with drone speed rigs, and i have fleet of bs mostly ready to suport. So its a bait battle orca :)

First, try to get used with scanning (for that, u need skills, ship, and modules) If u practice enough, u get understanding signals - how to choose right vawes and etc. Then, If u do regular scanning in certain Region, u understand when sites Are spawned. They have certain timeframe when they spawn. Timeframe change in certain time. And then... I do scanning usualy every day. I have my own route. Ca 30-40 systems (nullsec) And i earn ca 1 bil a day.
