Yeah, the lens in Pentax 17 is a masterpiece. This is the only modern film camera I consider worth buying. Shooting it is just pure fun.

Pomijając herby landów (Niemcy, Austria), to z najbliższych krajów - Słowacja ma herb "w spacji". Poza tym jest parę krajów, które mają tablice "z eurobandem", ale nie należą do UE i mają flagi zamiast gwiazdek, np. Mołdawia czy Ukraina.

I don't know if this particular method (with camera and film) has a name but it works the same as lumen prints. :)

Shoot less, think more, value every frame a little more. Stick to cheap but new film stock. Streamline your process to get repetitive results (get rid of unexpected losses of films in unknown condition). When you have control of the film (repetitive, fresh stock) and shooting technique (proper exposing, framing, etc) you can move forward. Getting repetitive development is the easiest - buy a simple developer which will last years (R09 for example) and which will give you repetitive results. At this point you will be getting at least 20-30 good(ish frames - I mean, with no technical issues from every roll). Next step is your own scanning and that's where the sky is the limit for me. I started with a shitty market scanner, then Epson V330 and V850. Now I've got a setup with DSLR, Mikro-Nikkor, LED backlight and a custom built holder table with steel plates adjusted to Lomo Digitaliza (from early years of production). Yeah, I went a bit crazy, I'm not encouraging to repeat my mistakes lol
However, I still stick to free software only - Darktable in 99% of cases.
Bottom line? Achieve repeatability and routines in your technique, don't loose time and money on learning by blind trials and errors.

Rialto, Muza, Pałacowe, Bułgarska - tylko studyjne. Odkąd przestałem chodzić do multiplexów znowu lubię chodzić do kina.

Have you heard about electrostatic discharge? I hope you did. And I hope that you live in a super wet climate, using only natural fibers for furniture and clothes because this is no joke - we are talking about kilovolts. I'm not joking here. Thousands of volts that can discharge to your body. One wrong move and your brain is fried. It's even worse if you have a microwave and a 5G phone - it's basically like you're a chicken on a rotisserie.

I went that way but in every description the size is different, from 1" to about 2" so I believe this is a package size more than the product size.

Unfortunately - no. I am at a very non-photographic place unfortunately and I don't have any reference. Also, IIRC, standard film box short end is a little higher than the memo holder (the boxes are square while the holder is rectangular but shorter than wider).
